Winner of the ‘World’s Most Imaginative Bartender’ competition in 2014 in UK and Ireland, and second across the world, Rich impresses critics, connoisseurs and media alike with his distinct avant-garde approach to mixology. For this episode, Rich joins us from his East London Scout bar where his creative juices take traditional cocktails to a modern and festive twist with the innovative use of Honteri and other flavours and techniques.
